Welcome to The Febrarian Institute

The Febrarian Institute is an independent academic and professional development institution founded by Dr Sam February, (MBA, Double-Doctorate Scholar, and Business School Executive).

We focus on strengthening capability through inquiry, disciplined learning, and applied research practice.

We serve working professionals and emerging scholars who want learning that translates into workplace competence, research confidence, and responsible leadership.

Programmes are facilitator-led and delivered through a hybrid model that supports practical application and reflective development.

We are currently in the process of applying for full accreditation. Until accreditation is completed, our programmes are non-accredited and designed to support capability growth, research preparation, and the accumulation of professional and executive credentials.
Initial offerings include:
  • Research Methodology and Design Programme
  • Executive Leadership SLP’s in the Age of Data, Automation and Intelligence;
Delivered through individual SLP’s in systems, markets, operations, strategy, and technology, projects and process. The Febrarian Institute stands for clarity of thought, disciplined practice, and learning grounded in real work.
