Translating Research into Practice

The Febrarian Institute supports students and researchers who have recently completed master’s or doctoral studies in areas such as Business, Technology, Innovation, and Leadership to extend the real-world reach of their research.
Through specialised mentorship and programme design support, these scholars are guided to:
  • Commercialise their research, translating insights into practical tools, models, or ventures.
  • Transform their dissertations or theses into Short Learning Programmes (SLPs) that contribute to public knowledge, professional development, and organisational impact.
  • Collaborate with industry partners to embed scholarly findings within innovation ecosystems.
This initiative advances the Institute’s commitment to lifelong learning, knowledge transfer, and impactful scholarship, strengthening the bridge between advanced academic inquiry and societal application.
